A Heartfelt Note on Our Policy

At SoulSpace, we pour our intention and energy into creating a sacred and transformative container for your healing journey. We are deeply committed to the quality of the connection between our Seekers and Healers. Due to the deeply personal, intangible, and experiential nature of energy healing, spiritual guidance, and digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy.

This policy is in place to honor the time, energy, and sacred commitment of both our Seekers and our Healers. By purchasing a service or product, you are not just buying a commodity; you are investing in a personal, energetic exchange that begins the moment you book and the Healer prepares to hold space for you.

1. Policy for Healing Sessions and Workshops (Live and Recorded)

All sales of healing sessions and workshops are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any sessions or workshops, whether they are conducted live or are pre-recorded.

Reasons for this policy include:

  • Energetic Commitment: The moment a session is booked, the Healer begins to energetically prepare and hold space for you, dedicating their time and resources which could have been offered to another Seeker.

  • Intangible Service: Unlike a physical product, a healing session cannot be "returned." Its value is in the lived experience and the personal insights gained, which are unique to each individual.

  • Personal Responsibility: Your healing journey is your own. The outcome of a session is co-created by your openness, participation, and the unique dynamics of the interaction with the Healer. We cannot guarantee specific results.

Rescheduling:
If you are unable to attend a live session, you may contact your Healer directly at least 24 hours in advance to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to the Healer's availability and their individual policy. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are at the Healer's sole discretion.

No-Shows:
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduled session.

2. Policy for Digital Products

Digital products, including but not limited to recorded workshops, guided meditation audio files, e-books, and ritual guides, are non-refundable.

Reasons for this policy include:

  • Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to download or stream the digital content. Access is intended to be continuous, but is subject to the availability of the SoulSpace platform.

  • Inability to Return: It is impossible to "return" a digital product once it has been downloaded or accessed, as it can be easily duplicated.

3. Policy for Physical Products (e.g., Ritual Kits)

Due to the hygiene and personalized nature of our physical wellness products (such as ritual kits, crystals, or affirmation cards), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your physical product arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@soulspaceworld.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and photographs/videos of the issue. Upon verification, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, issue a refund for the product.

Please note: Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7–10 days of receipt. Normal wear and tear or damage after receipt is not covered.

4. Healer Payouts

This refund policy directly impacts healer payouts. As payments to Healers are processed after a service is rendered, no refunds will be issued once a Healer has been paid their 80% commission for a completed service. This protects the Healer's earned income.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

SoulSpace reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion, particularly in unforeseen and extreme circumstances. Such exceptions are not guaranteed.

6. Your Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on the SoulSpace platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund and No Return Policy.

  • Refunds are not provided for chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through payment providers. Any concerns regarding services or products must be addressed directly with SoulSpace as per this policy.
