1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SoulSpace World ("SoulSpace," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoulSpace website located at www.soulspaceworld.com (the "Site") and any services, content, and products offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Definitions
"Seeker" refers to a User who registers an account to book and participate in healing sessions, workshops, purchase products, and access content.
"Healer" refers to a User who has been vetted and onboarded by SoulSpace to offer their healing services, workshops, or products through the platform.
"Content" includes all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, videos, workshops, meditations, and computer code provided by SoulSpace or its Healers.
"Session" refers to a scheduled 1:1 or group healing, consultation, or workshop provided by a Healer to a Seeker through the platform.
3. The SoulSpace Platform: Nature of Services
SoulSpace is a holistic wellness platform that connects Seekers with independent Healers. We provide the technological framework for booking, communication, and payment processing.
SoulSpace is a Marketplace, Not a Provider: Healers are independent practitioners, not employees, agents, or partners of SoulSpace. SoulSpace does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services, advice, or outcomes of any Healer. The Healer-Seeker relationship is directly between the Healer and the Seeker.
Not a Medical Service: The Services offered on SoulSpace, including but not limited to energy healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, meditation guidance, and spiritual coaching, are intended for holistic wellness, personal growth, and spiritual development. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
No Guaranteed Outcomes: SoulSpace and its Healers do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or healing from the use of the Services. Your healing journey is personal and unique.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including our Healers and employees.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
Use the Services to solicit Healers or Seekers for services outside the SoulSpace platform.
5. Healer Terms and Commission Structure
Onboarding: Healers must complete an application and onboarding process with SoulSpace. Approval is at SoulSpace's sole discretion.
Independent Contractor Status: Healers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own schedules, taxes, insurance, and the quality of their services.
Commission and Payouts: For every transaction (session, workshop, or product sale) facilitated through the SoulSpace platform, SoulSpace retains a 20% commission. The remaining 80% of the payment will be disbursed to the Healer. Payouts are processed according to a schedule provided by SoulSpace (e.g., monthly). Healers are responsible for providing accurate payment information for receiving payouts.
Healer Conduct: Healers agree to conduct themselves professionally, maintain the confidentiality of Seeker information, and provide services in accordance with their stated qualifications and descriptions.
6. Financial Terms for Seekers
Payment: You agree to pay all fees for Services you purchase. All fees are in the currency displayed on the Site and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Processor: All payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
7. Intellectual Property
SoulSpace Content: All Content provided by SoulSpace on the Site, including the "SoulSpace" name and logo, is the property of SoulSpace or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Healer Content: Content uploaded by Healers (profiles, workshop materials, etc.) remains their intellectual property. By posting content, Healers grant SoulSpace a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
License to You: SoulSpace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Service: YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SOULSPACE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOULSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoulSpace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Healers, or SoulSpace.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
